"Recently I became involved in a trust and estate closing. To my surprise, the property & casualty insurance on two rentals had expired. I conferred with the trustee of the estate and we agreed to consolidate insurance companies including the one vehicle. Since Brad Linnell with State Farm was my agent for homeowner’s, auto insurance and business insurance since 2011. I gave his office a call and spoke with Nicole, Jennifer & Cathie. Nicole listened to the dilemma I faced and asked several questions about the properties. I sent her all the documentation needed, including photos of both properties and within 2 hours I had coverage for one rental property. A few days later after receiving approval from the trustee, we had coverage for the 10 unit apartment complex. Both quotes were at a reasonable premium rate. Nicole has in-depth knowledgeable of the insurance industry, has expertise in dealing with the underwriting component and demonstrated a friendly yet time urgent approach in securing coverage for the estate. I would highly recommend Brad Linnell’s State Farm agency to anyone that desires comprehensive insurance at affordable rates."

"To: State Farm Insurance 9/13/2024 My name is Sally J. Shockley. I live in Talent, Oregon and have been a client with my State Farm Insurance agent Brad Linnell in Medford, Oregon for many years. I live alone with no family or assistance. Brad and all his personnel, including Jennifer and Amy have given me excellent service throughout the years. As I have aged, I have become more confused and have trouble navigating the new digital technology on the internet. I can't read the small print very well on my smartphone and I have no computer anymore. I am hopeless with digital tech instructions. Brad and his staff were always kind, helpful and very patient with me.. They were very understanding and let me simply call their local office to pay my monthly premium by phone. It probably made more work for them but much it was simpler for me. They are wonderful people and I am so fortunate that they have taken care of me for my insurance needs. They are wonderful ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE STARS FOR MY AGENT BRAD LINNELL AND ALL OF HIS WONDERFUL PERSONNEL IN MEDFORD, OREGON. p.s. I finally stopped being so stubborn and called them to update my auto policy and finally agreed to sign up for the automatic monthly payment for my premium..I had tried to do it myself but kept messing it up ( so embarrassing that I get that confused) but they set it all up for me in about ten minutes. I should have lett them do it months ago (actually two years ago) but I can be a stubborn old fool. Like I said, they are very, very understanding and kind."
