"Review edited from 5 to 1 stars. I had an agent call to set me up for renters insurance. They took my credit card information but when the time came for the insurance to kick in (was delayed for a couple weeks to allow my previous insurance to expire) I received a bill in the mail. I had been informed they were paying the bill and I thought setting auto pay. At this point I’m disgruntled but oh well. I try to go online to figure it out, and set a new account. It says I already have an existing account when I try to register my renters insurance info. Okay, no problem I used to have an auto policy through them. Once I get logged in there’s no way for me to link my old account with my new policy info. Annoying, now I have to manually pay each bill which is like torture when the bill is only like 10 dollars per month. I refused to call in for this issue as I hate dealing with phone calls in general and I just allowed the policy to expire due to non payment after the first month and got insurance elsewhere. Hopefully I will never have to use State Farm again 🤞"

"I have been with Brad for 10 years now and have always had such great service. Whenever I call I am taken great care of and my rates have always been pretty good. Recently I moved to the PDX area and my premium shot up by about 40 bucks, I called and Amy gave me a re-rate request form. It took a few weeks but my premium ended up going down 60 dollars so about 20 dollars cheaper than what my original rate was, which was amazing!! I appreciate all that Brads team does for me."
