"Terrible! I was overcharged, just under $400, buy my previous agent......I was convinced by the staff at Brad Linnell agency to bring my policies there and that they would help me resolve the issues.....about 4 months later still no resolution.....now I am being abusive because I pressed them......raised my voice how dare I !! There is proof I was overcharged.....pretty simple math? I will be filing complaints with the state commissioner. State Farm used to be a good company........don't know what happened."
