"Do Not Use This Company! ESPECIALLY this branch. I've been a customer for years, both home and auto insurance. The one time I need to use my coverage im told my police doesn't have a special endorsement that covers "service lines" (water and electricity lines, on my property, going to my home). I was never offered any extra coverage at time of renewal or when the policy was created. THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BUT DID NOT OFFER IT, but REFUSE to do anything more than a training for their employees, to ensure its offered in the future. Im baffled, insulated, disappointed and angry. In my line of work, if I fail to perform my job, a service that people pay for, I make it right. I absolutely will be moving all of my vehicles insurance, home insurance and life insurance to another company right away. Do yourself a favor and dont spend any of your money or time with this branch or Company. Id gladly change my stance if they step up and offer some resolution, to help lighten my now financial burden of replacing my main water line, due to their incompetence in policy sales and lack of professionalism at each and every time of renewal. It is not our job to be insurance professionals, this is why we use agents. And this insurance agency has failed me miserably and im sure will fail you."
