"I have had state farm insurance for years bought a house 2 years ago added home owners insurance when I bought my home, I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot that flooded my home. Never had to do a claim before. Amy told me what to do. So never having to deal with this kinda of thing I did as she told me. Now over 5 months later. I am in debt that I shouldn't be in. Not only did she give me bad advice, State Farm didn't pay out enough for me to fix my home. Now being told they will not reimburse me for my meals, gas and lodging. There Ale department told me that being I had Airbnb's set up cuz it took almost 6 weeks for state farm to contact me, that they would reimburse me once I was back in my home. I have almost 9 thousand dollar on my credit cards for food & gas and lodging, that they refuse to pay me back. Another 5 thousand for contractors to get my home back together along with paying my 1 thousand dollar deductible. Thought when you pay for insurance it's there for when something like this happens to your home. Not only that what Amy told me to do has me in debt. And no one from this office will return my phone calls, I would say that's really bad business on this state farm office. This is no way to treat a customer. I am disabled and live on a fixed income. Thanks Amy & State farm way to go."
